Dear Friends, 
Some friends of St. Augustine Center are planning the Second Annual St. Augustine Center Golf 
and Clambake Outing on Friday, September 29, 2006, at Gray Hawk Golf Club in LaGrange. 
The people who have worked so hard to make this opportunity available for St. Augustine want 
to do something that will help finance the ministries of our Center, e.g. St. Augustine Hunger 
Center, Augustine Rainbow Camp, Links drop-in center for persons with mental illness, crisis 
intervention, and our services to persons with disabilities. I am deeply grateful for their efforts, 
and I know that anything that is obtained form this venture will help us to provide for the needs 
of thousands of people. 
Please consider assisting us as we prepare for this event. As part of the golf outing, we are in 
need of items for the Silent Auction event. No gift is too small, nor will any item go 
unappreciated. You certainly would also contribute by participating in the golf outing itself, or 
by attending the clambake which is a part of the day. In fact, should you consider being involved 
in both the silent auction and the golf outing, we would be twice blessed by your generosity and 
spirit of giving. Either way, we hope that you will join us. Your sharing, your generosity with 
those in need, give us the support we need to continue the service for which St. Augustine Center 
is dedicated. You participation will also bring you the opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie and 
networking with people who truly understand the value of caring, giving and volunteering. Your 
support to this effort will mean a great deal to many people.
